Carlin Park lies between Indiantown Road and Carlin Road. A greenway with bike paths runs through most of it. There are several baseball fields on the north side, one football field, and two soccer/lacrosse fields near Carlin Pool (see below). The south end has tennis courts, basketball courts, and sand volleyball courts available to rent or use for free. Also located at Carling pool, there is a small playground area along with restrooms. A concession stands also offers drinks and snacks during scheduled events throughout the year, such as youth sports practices, adult sports leagues, special events like parties or family reunions, etc.
